    Honey, .33 cup
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
    Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder

Directions

Cook at 325 for about 60 minutes.
