Ingredients

    one pie shell
    6 large eggs
    4 oz Swiss cheese, grated
    1/2 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
    1/2 medium onion, finely diced
    2 tbsp bacon bits
    3/4 cup milk

Directions

combine all ingredients and fill pie shell. Cook at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
