Directions
Drain what needs to be drained. Chop what needs to be chopped. In a large soup pot, melt butter, and saute the peppers and raw herbs until they're soft. Steam frozen veggies in microwave as per package directions, to make soup cooking time faster. Sprinkle the peppers with the flour and immediately add the milk. Add the tuna, veggies, and other seasonings. Stir constantly, being sure to scrape the bottom of the pot occasionally. Stuff is done when it is bubbly and starts to thicken.
