Ingredients

1 whole chicken, cut up
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
2 TBS honey
2 limes
4 thick slices fresh pineapple, peeled and cored
4-6 sprigs fresh rosemary
4 TBS fresh chives, finely chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350-375 F.
Place chicken pieces on rack of a broiler pan.
Combine the juice of 1 lime with the honey and yogurt. Baste chicken pieces on both sides with this mixture. Top each piece with a rosemary spring and some finely chopped chives.
Bake chicken for about 30 minutes or until almost done. Baste chicken peices again and top with pineapple slices and thinly sliced lime slices. Turn oven up to broil and broil for 5-10 minutes or until pineapple slices just begin to brown.
