Ingredients

1/2 head of a large cabbage, shredded
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/2 cup onion, chopped fine
1 large carrot, chopped fine
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 tsp Dijon mustard
25 drops sugar twin liquid sweetener
Tips
I use my hand to mix the ingredients inside the bag.
Directions
Shred cabbage and place in a plastic bag
Sprinkle salt into the bag and mix well with cabbage until cabbage begins to wilt
Chop onion and carrot in food processor and mix into the cabbage.
Mix oil, vinegar, mustard and sweetener together in the food processor and pour over cabbage mixture.
Mix well and refrigerate in bag for a few hours before serving, periodically "kneading" the mixture inside the bag.
Turn out of the bag and into a bowl before serving. Keeps well for several days.
