Ingredients

2 Tbsp olive oil
Green onions / spring - about 1/2 cup - 4 onions
3 cups cauliflower - chopped
1 cup green bell pepper julienne strips (1 large)
2 cups yellow squash sliced
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground mustard
2 tsp lemon pepper
1/4 cup water
6 oz. cooked pork loin
Tips
This is great served with brown and/or wild rice.
The measurements for the spices are approximate. Season to meet the tastes of you and/or your family.
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a wok.
Add the green onion and saute about 1 minute.
Add the cauliflower and cook for a few minutes.
Add all other vegetables, spices, soy sauce, and the pork.
Add water, cover, and cook until the veggies are done and the meat is heated.
Serving Size: Makes approximately 4 servings
