    Coconut Oil
    Onion
    Garlic
    Spinach
    Bacon(precooked & Chopped)
    Eggs
    Cream
    Sharp Cheddar

Tips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees prior to starting


Directions

Saute onions in coconut oil, when tender add garlic, bacon and spinach. Mix eggs cream and cheese together and pour on top of veggies. Bake in oven for 10 minutes
