Ingredients

    1 package Jennie-O ground turkey breast
    1 egg
    2 cups spinach
    2 cups kale
    1/2 white onion
    1 green onion (including white part)
    3 cloves garlic
    2 -3 TBSP. freshly grated parmesan cheese
    3/4 cup almond coconut milk (blend)
    1 bunch (stick) rosemary
    Dash onion powder

Tips

Cook less time (12-15 mins) if you plan to add to sauce and simmer for an extended period of time.


Directions

- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Put all ingredients in food processor and place on low speed until thoroughly combined.
- Form into 1-1.5" balls and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake 18-20 mins.
- Let cool and enjoy!
- Once cooled, store in air tight ziplock for up to a week.
