Ingredients

    1 2lb bag of baby yellow potatoes
    6 carrots sliced
    6 Cups Vegetable Broth
    1 tin of smoked whole mussels
    1 package imitation crab meet
    1 package scallops
    1 Yellow Onion
    4 Cloves Garlic
    1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
    2 Tablespoons dried chives (fresh is better)
    1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Slice the carrots, dice the potatoes, and boil in the vegetable broth for 10 minutes. While they boil, fry the scallops in a pan with the olive oil, onion, and garlic - adding the mussels and crab imitation meat after 5 minutes. Fry for another 5 minutes.

After frying, add all the ingredients to the boiling water carrot/potato pot and boil for another 10 minutes.

Serve with beer garlic bread.

Serving Size: Makes 5, 2 cup servings
