Ingredients

    4 cups white beans
    2 cups chopped, canned tomatoes with some of their juices
    4 scallions, chopped
    3 T balsamic vinegar
    1 t ground cumin
    sea salt to taste
    garlic pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Let sit for five minutes. Serve.
