Ingredients

    1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder, Pure Protein
    1 cup frozen mixed berries, unsweetened
    1 cup original almond milk, Silk

Tips

You can store in fridge or freezer if you don't want all at once. This is so versatile, you can put any kind of frozen fruit in this. Another variation is 1 TB creamy peanut butter and 1 TB unsweetened baking cocoa.


Directions

No cooking involved, just putting all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until the consistency that you prefer. If you want more of a chunky blend, add 1/2 cup ice cubes.
