Introduction

This was a last minute breakfast and I used what I had on hand, whole milk, and regular hamburger buns and salted butter. If you use Wheat Buns or Bread or Skim or 2% milk it would be less calories. I did find that salted butter did give it a bit of salt taste not unpleasant but I would try butter flavored spray next time. It was quite good! Taste just like French Toast. Ingredients

    1 Teaspoon Butter
    1 Hamburger Bun
    1 Egg-Eggbeaters
    3 Tablespoon Milk
    1 Teaspoon of Stevia
    1/2 Teaspoon of Vanilla

Directions

Melt butter in cooking cup or small bowl, make sure it coats the bottom and sides. Mix egg, milk, Stevia and vanilla in another small bowl and beat until nice and foamy. Add bread to this mixture and stir to coat all bread. Pour this into your greased cooking cup. Let rest for about 1 minute then microwave for a minute to a minute and half.
