Ingredients

    I medium chopped onion
    2 stalks celery chopped
    1 large carrot chopped
    1 T oil
    2 chicken bouillion cubes
    4 cups of watter
    1 can yellow corn
    1 can petite diced tomatoes
    1.5 cups peas
    .5 t salt
    dash pepper
    1 t basil

Directions

saute vegetables in oil add remaining ingredients and simmer 45 minutes
