Introduction
This is a quick and easy lasagna with no lumpy bits for kids to complain about. I use Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Blend lasagna noodles. For the tomato sauce, I calculated using Private Selection Organic Tomato Sauce, but sometimes I use a low-sodium one instead. Ingredients

1 lb. 93% lean ground turkey
2 15-oz. cans tomato sauce
2 tsp. garlic & herb seasoning
2 c. nonfat cottage cheese
2 c. part-skim mozzarella cheese
6 whole wheat blend lasagna noodles
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Makes 12 servings.
1. Brown turkey.
2. Combine tomato sauce, seasoning, and cottage cheese in bowl.
3. Layer in 13" x 9" baking dish: 3 UNCOOKED noodles, turkey, mozzarella, sauce, repeat from "3 UNCOOKED noodles."
4. Sprinkle parmesan over top.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
6. Let stand 5-7 minutes before cutting.
