Ingredients

    2 large ripe, but not overly so, avocados
    cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    cup agave syrup
    Dash of cinnamon
    3 egg whites
    pint of fresh raspberries

Tips

Make sure you blend the avocados well so it's very creamy.


Directions

Instructions
1. Blend avocados, cocoa powder, agave syrup and cinnamon together on medium-low speed until completely smooth
2. Beat 3 egg whites until peaks form, then fold in to the chocolate mixture
3. Spoon into small dessert cups and refrigerate until firm (about 3 hours)
4. Garnish with fresh raspberries
