Ingredients
-
3 talipa filets (4oz each)
1 c. imitation crab
1 oz. cream cheese (cut into 1/4" cubes)
2 sm. stalks celery (chopped fine)
1/2 c. fresh dill (chopped and divided in half)
1 tsp. cajun spice
1/4 c. lime juice (divided in half)
1 tbsp. mayo
Directions
This serves three people. 1 stuffed filet each.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1) Mix imitation crab, cream cheese, celery, 1/4 c. dill weed, cajun spice, and 1/8 c. lime juice, 1 tbsp mayo in a bowl and set aside.
2) take the three talipa filets and split them along the seam lengthwise and lay it open. Do not cut all the way through as you want it to look like a pocket.
3) Put 1/3 of the mix into each talipa filet pocket.
4) place in a baking dish and place in preheated oven.
Check in 15 minutes, if the fish is cooked though then remove. If not then leave in for another 10 minutes. Watch carefully so it does not burn
