Ingredients

    Tuna, Canned in Water, drained, 1 can
    Whole grain Gluten free pasta, 224 gram(s) (3 cups dry)
    Cheddar Cheese, 4 oz
    Cream Cheese, 1 tbsp
    Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, 4 oz
    Peas, frozen, 2 cup (frozen mixed veggies are great too)
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    Parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp (topping)

Tips

lighten this up by using low fat or fat free cheeses. cheeses I currently use full fat versions and I use almond milk instead of dairy because I prefer the flavor and it works so well as a replacement and has less than half the calories.


Directions

biol noodles and drain toss them back into the pan and stir in the butter and cream cheese with the almond milk. after cream cheese and butter are melted add in the cheddar and spices. stir in the tuna and frozen peas.

put in to a casserol dish and sprinkle top with parmesan chese and bake for about 30 min in a 350 degree oven
