Ingredients

    Chicken leg quarters - 4
    Tomato Sauce - 16 oz can
    Chopped red onion - 1 C
    Chopped Red and Yellow Bell pepper - 1 C
    Chopped celery - 1 C
    Artichoke Hearts - 8 to 12 oz can in water
    Cayanne Pepper.

Tips

serve over rice or pasta. chicken falls off the bone. if you want the chicken a little firmer cook on low for 8 hours.


Directions

place chopped vegetables into the crock pot, place chicken legs over vegetables, drain artichoke hearts and place on top of legs. pour tomato sauce over chicken, sprinkle with spices. cover and allow to cook for 6 - 8 hours on med/high
