Ingredients

    4 - Medium Baked Potatoes - peeled and diced
    6 Tbsp - YOGIDIP Greek Yogurt Dip
    3 Tbsp - Sweet Pickle Relish - Great Value Brand
    1/4 cup - Diced Purple Onion
    2 Lg stalks - Diced Celery

Directions

Bake potato with skin @ 400 f for 45 min.
Let cool to room temp
Peel and dice into 1/2 cubes
Add Diced Onions, Celery, sweet relish, and Yogi dip.
Mix gently but thoroughly and chill.

Serving Size: 8 1/2 cup serving
