Introduction

Substituted a few things to make it healthier. Original recipe calls for:
*¼ cup melted margarine (instead of ⅛ cup applesauce)
*1 whole egg (instead of 2 egg whites)
*¼ cup of white sugar (in addition to the brown sugar)
*Did not have cinnamon

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1.5 Cups- Oats
    ¾ Cups- Milk (1%)
    1 tsp - Baking Powder
    1 tsp- Salt
    1 tsp- Vanilla
    ⅛ Cup- Unsweetened Apple Sauce
    2- Egg Whites
    1 Tbsp- Cinnamon
    ¼ Cup- Brown Sugar (Packed)
    ½ Cup- Peanut Butter

    Optional Extras:
    *Honey
    *Nutmeg

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°
Grease a 9×13 pan.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and stir well.
Spread evenly in to pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes 12 pieces in a 13 x 9 pan
