Introduction

Traditional quiche lorraine with a kosher-for-passover crust. This led to my friends dubbing it "kosher for passover ... but not kosher" (KFPBNK). Traditional quiche lorraine with a kosher-for-passover crust. This led to my friends dubbing it "kosher for passover ... but not kosher" (KFPBNK).
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 matzo, soaked in water
    1 pint half-and-half
    4 slices bacon, cooked & drained
    4 oz swiss cheese
    3 eggs
    1/2 c green onions
    nutmeg, salt & pepper

Directions

Soak matzo, press into pie pan.
Cook & drain bacon, place on top of matzo.
Mix half-and-half, eggs, seasonings. Pour on top of bacon.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 375 for 30-40 min.
