Ingredients

2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1 dash Salt
2 cup, mashed Banana, fresh
0.60 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
0.16 cup Coconut Oil
0.5 cup Honey
6 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup

This a variation of the banana bread recipe found in chocolatecoveredkatie.com (great site!).
Directions
IMPORTANT NOTE: The final cake will be more moist if the oats are made into oat flour (just use a food processor until you get the 1 cup and 3/4 of oats flour).
1. Preheat the oven to 370F
2. Mix all the dry ingredients and set aside
3. Mix all the wet ingredients and set aside
4. Mix all together (don't over mix)
5. Pour into mold and bake until you can pinch it with a fork (if it comes out dry its done).
