Introduction

I needed something besides tuna salad and this is it! I needed something besides tuna salad and this is it!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 can chicken
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup craisins
    3 tbsp flax seed
    2 stalks celery
    1 sm apple
    1 tsp mustard flour

Directions

Finely chop canned chicken. Chop celery and apple. Mix craisins, flax seed, mayonaise, mustard flour, chicken, celery & apple. Refrigerate 3 hours and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 2 1 cup servings or 4 sandwiches
