Ingredients

2.5 cups Randall Deluxe Mixed Beans Fully cooked,
rinsed and drained
3 Radishes cleaned and chopped.
1 tbsp. lemon zest
1 fl. ounce lemon juice
2.5 tbsp. E.V.O.O.
4 oz. Wild Caught Pink Salmon Fillet.
.25 tsp. Chef Paul Prudhommes Seafood Magic
8 tbsp. Dried Parsley
Directions
Rub Salmon Fillet with Seafood Magic and grill.
Clean and chop radishes. Rinse and drain beans. Zest lemon and squeeze juice into a mixing bowel.
When the salmon is done allow it to cool to room temperature. When cooled finely chop salmon and add everything into the bowel and gently mix together by hand.
