Ingredients

    Dough
    1 C skim milk
    2 eggs slightly beaten
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 c sugar
    1/4 c unsalted butter, room temp
    4 C all purpose flour
    2 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast
    Filling
    1/3 C butter softened
    1 C brown sugar
    1 TBSP cinnamon
    1/2 C chopped pecans
    Icing
    8 oz light cream cheese room temp
    6 TBSP butter room temp
    1 C confectioners sugar or to your taste
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    pinch salt

Directions

Using a bread machine.. add all dough ingredients and turn on dough level.
place on floured counter and roll dough to desired rectangle.
spread filling.. butter,sugar and nuts evenly.
Roll and cut into 14 slices approx 2 inches each. Place each slice in a buttered pan. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes or double in size. Bake in a 375* oven 20-25 minutes
Icing: combine icing ingredients in mixer bowl and mix until light and fluffy.
Spread on hot buns.
