    2.5 tsp baking powder
    .75 tsp salt
    1 egg well beaten
    2 C buttermilk
    3 T. oil


Directions

Sift dry ingredients together
Mix egg, milk and oil.
Pour wet ingredients into dry.
Mix until moisten
Bake on hot griddle.
