Ingredients
Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can
Ground Turkey, Trader Joe's Lean, 16 oz
Trader Joe's Baby Zucchini, 16 oz (sliced)
Mushrooms, fresh, 227 grams
Base - Chicken - Tone's - 15cal/1 tsp., 2 serving
Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A, 1 can (use the cream of mushroom soup can)
Water, 1 can
seasoning, rotisserie chicken, 1 tbsp
Salt, .5 tsp
Garlic, 1 Tbsp
White Zinfandel, 4 oz
Tips
This would look fantastic with a sprig of fresh rosemary on top! The flavor wouldn't be bad, either.
Directions
Spray non-stick cooking oil into a large saucepan, and add garlic. On high heat: Brown garlic, add the rotisserie chicken seasoning, then add ground turkey. When turkey is about 1/2 cooked, and starting to stick to the bottom of the pan, add the chicken base and white zinfandel. Stir to make sure the turkey is all broken up, and reduce heat to medium.
Once turkey is all cooked, add sliced zucchini, then mushrooms. Stir in all ingredients, then add: 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can water, and 1 can 2% milk. Add salt to taste.
Serving Size: 4 dinner-size servings, or 8 soup-course servings.
