Introduction

Ingredients

    Dressing:
    3 Tbsp lime juice
    2 Tbsp fish sauce
    1 Tbsp sugar
    1 Tbsp vinegar
    1/2 tsp black pepper

    Salad:
    2+ c finely chopped napa cabbage
    1/2 c cilantro or basil
    1/2 c mint or rau ram (Vietnamese mint)
    3/4 c shredded carrots
    3 Tbsp peanuts, chopped
    3/4 c finely sliced onion

Tips

Goes well with grilled meat!


Directions

Mix dressing & onion & let marinate 30 minutes.
Assemble salad, toss & serve.
