Ingredients

8oz Dry Orzo Pasta
1/4 Cup Champagne Vinaigrette, I used Girard's
1 Yellow Bell Pepper, seeded and diced
1 Red Bell Pepper, seeded and diced
1 Green Bell Pepper, seeded and diced
1 Medium Red Onion, diced
12 Grape Tomatoes, halved
1/4 Cup Sliced Pepperoncini
2 Slices Provolone Cheese, diced
2 Tablespoons Fresh Oregano
2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil
1 Teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
1 Teaspoon Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
While pasta is cooking, slice and dice all necessary ingredients.
When pasta is done, drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Adjust S&P if deemed necessary.
Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of two hours before service.
