Ingredients

    1/2 avocado- sliced
    1 clove garlic
    1 cup yams-cubed and sauteed in 1/2Tbs olive oil
    2 cups chopped-massaged kale
    1/2 cup black beans
    1Tbsp raw tahini-blended with garlic clove and juice from 1 lemon
    juice of 1 lemon as needed for flavor at the end
    cayenne pepper to taste
    olive oil-1Tbs for kale
    .25 cup dry bulgur soaked in 1/2 cup water till absorbed
