    Canned Tomatoes, italian style, 1 can
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .25 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, green, fresh, .25 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .125 cup, chopped
    Garlic, .33 clove
    crushed red peppers or cayenne to taste
    Nutiva organic extra virgin coconut oil, 1 tbsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp


if you don't have italian style canned tomatoes, add italian spices to taste
use as you would any marinara type sauce.


heat coconut oil in skillet
saute peppers and onions til just starting to soften
add remaining ingredients and cook for as long as you can wait.
