4 Egg yolks, raw - large eggs
1.5 cups Heavy Whipping Cream, Horizon Organic
2 cups Organic Valley: Heavy Whipping Cream,
about 2/3 cup Creme fraiche, (sour cream), organic raw milk
Stevia extract - about 1/2 tsp.
cinnamon - about2 tsp.
nutmeg - about 1/4 tsp.
Directions
Make thin custard with horizon cream and egg yolks, in double boiler over simmering water. Add flavorings. Chill.
Add remaining heavy cream and sour cream/ creme fraiche. Whisk to combine well. Chill.
Freeze in ice cream maker per manufacturer's directions until set.
Serve or store in individual portions.
