Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    20 oz ground turkey, 93% lean (cooked and drained)
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    1 can petite cut diced tomatoes
    1 can dark red kidney beans
    1/2 cup or 2 packages taco seasoning
    1 egg white, beaten stiff
    9 tablespoons fat free sour cream
    8 oz cheddar cheese

Directions

Simmer turkey, onion, tomatoes, beans, and taco seasoning for 10 minutes in skillet. Mix together egg white, sour cream, and cheese. Spray 8x8 pan with cooking spray. Put meat mixture in bottom of pan. Top with cheese mixture. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes. Serves 6.
