Ingredients

    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    *Garlic, 2 tsp
    *Onions, .5 medium
    *Ground turkey, 93% lean, 8.3 oz
    *Bell Peppers,6 medium
    *10 Minute Success Whole Grain Brown Rice, 1 bag (2 cups)
    *Organic Tomato Sauce, 1.75 cup
    *Bella Rosa Parmesan Cheese 6 tbsp
    *Italian Seasoning, 2 tsp

Tips

If you want to prepare for dinner early, make as directed, but only bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cover tightly with tin foil. Sprinkle with more cheese and italian seasoning. Bake it the next day for dinner for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.


Directions

*Preheat oven 350
*Boil water in saucepan, cook rice as directed
*Saute olive oil, garlic, and onions
*Once translucent, add ground turkey and brown
*Clean peppers of seeds and membranes (Slice bottoms so that peppers stand upright)
*In glass cooking dish, add about 1/4 of tomato sauce
*Place cleaned peppers in dish, cover with wet paper towel, and steam in microwave for 5 minutes
*Place all other ingredients (except parmesan cheese) into Kitchen Aid to combine
*Spoon mixture into peppers
*Top with parmesan cheese
*Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees
