Ingredients

    1 cup water
    1 medium apple, chopped
    2/3 cup oats
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 cup soy milk

Directions

Bring water and apple to a boil on medium heat. Add in cinnamon and oats until boiling. Reduce heat to low and simmer until thick. Add milk.
