Yummy way to enjoy squash!!! Yummy way to enjoy squash!!!
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    4 cups cooked summer squash chopped
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/2 yellow onion
    3 large eggs
    3 cups prepared cornbread
    0.5 cup cheddar cheese

Directions

Cover summer squash and onion in water and 2 tbsp butter and cook until done, then drain. Mix squash and remaining ingredients in large bowl and poor into casserole dish sprayed with Pam cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes, until top is brown and bubbly. Enjoy.
