Daisy Cottage Cheese (1/2 cup), .5 serving
Asparagus, fresh, 1 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long)
Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped

Tips

The pita chips will thicken the casserole. The shiritaki will serve as the anchor starch (although it is tofu) and the vegetables will add the consistency to the casserole with the creams. All ingredients are full fat and full flavor. The amounts were graduated to control calorie, carb, and fat content.

Directions

Chop the vegetables and season them
Mix the creams with seasoning using a nutribullet or by hand.
Wash and drain shiritaki noodles. Then head them in microwave. Chop them up into smaller pieces.

Mix the creams and veggies. Add shiritaki, make cream.
Add sausage last making sure it is thoroughly chopped.
Add the pita chips to the mix

Once the mix is complete, put the entire casserole in the oven, spray the top with spray butter and leave in broil for 10 to 15 minutes
