Ingredients

    Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 0.5 cup
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable, 4 oz
    1 Manzano Apple Banana, 126 gram
    Agave Nectar, Organic Blue Agave, Light, 1 tbsp
    Trader Joe's organic reduced sugar apricot preserve, 1 tbsp
    Trader Joe's - Plain Organic Greek Style Nonfat Yogurt less than 1/4 Cup
    2 dashes of ground Cinnamon - .025 tsp
    1/2 TBSP of Chia Seeds

Directions

mix all ingredients in which ever order into a mason jar or old jam jar.
Shake in same jar or use a bowl to mix ingredients.
Keep in fridge overnight or prep 2-3 hours before eating.
You can heat it up but I prefer cold.
