1 Medium Vidalia Onion
1 Large Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar - raw, unfiltered
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Basil
1/4 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1/4 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Dill weed

Delicious, I eat all four servings myself, LOL. Very low calories, carbs, and fat. Lots of yummy food to fill up on when dieting.
Directions
