Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups old fashioned oats
    3 Tbsp rea maple syrup
    1 tsp vanilla
    pinch of salt
    coconut oil non-stick spray

Tips

This is just the base recipe, you can add any nuts, dried fruit and/or seasonings that you like. Get creative and have fun!


Directions

combine all the ingredients other than the coconut oil in a bowl. Spray cookie sheet generously with coconut oil. Spread oats evenly over the entire cookie sheet. Spray top of oats generously with the coconut oil. Place in 300 degree oven for 10-15 or until lightly toasted. Let cool, then serve. Makes 8 1/4cup servings.
