Ingredients

    3 cups of beans
    1/2 cup of red onion
    4 medium mushrooms
    2 garlic cloves
    1/2 of a GoBio! Organic Mushroom Bouillon Cube in 1/4 cup of water
    1/2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 tsp Paprika
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp cayenne pepper

Tips

*Use ground cumin, not cumin seed (there was no ground cumin in the ingredients listing)
This recipe is super versatile and can be modified to suit anyone's personal tastes.
When blending it's easier to blend the beans first and then add in the veggies and broth


Directions

Cut up 1/2 cup of chopped red onion and 4 medium chopped mushrooms and saute them in a pan with olive oil until softened (about 5 minutes). Add 2 minced garlic cloves and the spices and saute one more minute. Prepare mushroom bouillon. Blend 3 cups of black beans, add in the sauteed vegetables and blend a little more with the broth until it has reached your preferred level of smoothness.

Serving Size: Makes 6 1/2 cup servings
