Ingredients

    1 Can Tuna in Water
    1 Tbsp Kraft Miracle Whip (low fat)
    1/2 Stalk of Celery - chopped or julienne
    1/4 Cup Broccoli Slaw
    1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard (or more as desired)
    1/4 Cup Baby Spinach
    1 1/2 Whole Wheat English Muffins
    *Black Pepper To Taste
    *Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend To Taste

Tips

You can replace any of the veggies above with ones of your choice. Just be sure to chop them finely.


Directions

Mix tuna, miracle whip, celery, broccoli slaw, yellow mustard, pepper and lemon pepper seasoning together in a small bowl. Toast English muffins. Place a small amount of spinach on top of each English muffin. Divide mixture evenly on 3 muffin halves (approximately 1/4 cup each). Serve with a fruit and glass of milk for balanced lunch.
