Introduction

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    500g lean ground mince
    450g ground chicken
    1/2 c flavourless whey protein
    2 eggs
    1 tsp dried mixed herbs
    1 tsp crushed garlic
    1/2 tsp chilli paste
    1/2 diced onion
    1 small courgette - grated
    1 small carrot - grated
    1T Worcestershire Sauce
    2 T tomato paste
    50g fresh grated parmesan

    2 cups diced, canned tomatoes
    fresh or dried herbs

    Mix all the ingredients together (except tomatoes). Form into 20 meatballs. Put into the bottom of your crockpot/slow cooker and pour over the tomatoes and herbs. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Directions

Cook in a slow cooker for 6 to 8 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 20 meatballs.
