Ingredients

    8 0z lean ground beef, drained
    1/2 c green and red peppers
    1/2 onion chopped
    1 14 oz can diced tomato
    1 8 oz can tomato sauce
    1 cup beef boulion
    1 cup water
    1 tbs chili powder
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 tsps sugar
    3 cups cooked spaghetti

Tips

spices can be adjusted to your taste. the red pepper flakes are very hot, use sparingly.


Directions

brown ground beef in a large nonstick skillet. drain fat. add chopped peppers and onion, cook til tender. add diced tomatos , tomato sauce, beef boulion and water.
stir in chili powder, cumin, chili flakes, pepper and sugar.
simmer on medium low heat for 20 t0 30 min.

Serving Size: makes 4 servings 3/4 c pasta 1 cup sauce
