Ingredients

    2/3 cup coconut flakes unsweetened ground up fine
    1 cup of oatmeal flakes
    1/2 peanut butter
    2/3 cup ground flax seet
    1/2 cup chocolate chips
    1/3 cup honey
    2 Tbspoons chia seeds
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

mix all ingredients with a fork
quantities are approximate
put in fridge for 1/2 hour
roll into little balls with your hands

Serving Size: makes about 23 small 1 and 1/2 inch balls
