Ingredients

    1 Cup raw broccoli
    1 Cup raw cauliflower
    10 craisins
    10 half pecans (chopped)
    1/4 Cup shredded cheese
    1/2 tsp hidden valley ranch packet mix
    1 Tbsp Mayo
    3 oz of plain greek yogurt non fat

Tips

I usually chop a lot of the veggies to last through the week and mix up a double batch every few days to take to work for lunch. You can also add more yogurt and leave out the mayo or sub sour cream.


Directions

chop the veggies, add craisins, cheese pecans, mix well. In another bowl mix the yogurt, mayo and ranch mix and mix well. Add to the veggie mix and mix again.
