Ingredients

    1 lb cubed beef
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper

    3 large russet potatoes
    1/2 cup heavy cream

    3 tbsp butter
    2 cloves garlic
    3 tbsp flour
    12 oz stout beer
    2 tbsp Dijon mustard
    2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp onion powder

1 pkg frozen peas and carrots
