Introduction

Ingredients

    1) three lbs lean hamburger mean
    2) 2 cans beef broth
    3) 2 cans sweet corn
    4) 1 can green beans
    5) 1 can sliced (or diced) white potatoes
    6) 1 can mixed vegetables
    7) 1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes
    8) 2 cans tomato sauce
    9) 1 lg can (1lb) of pinto beans

Tips

You can tweak this to whatever veggies you like. My husband likes it with pasta in it as well.


Directions

In a stock pot cook hamburger meat until completely brown, drain off any fat.
Add all cans and simmer until everything is hot.
Serve with corn bread, crackers, or toast.

Serving Size: Makes about 20 bowls of soup.
