Ingredients

    Pink Salmon (canned), 1 can
    4 slices Sara Lee Delightful Whole Wheat Bread
    6 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    *fresh onion, 0.5 cup
    Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice, 1 tsp (remove)
    Dill seed, 1 tbsp
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

Tips

don't let the pan get overheated, Medium heat and they are done when brown


Directions

mix all ingredients except the oil
heat pan and add half the oil
patty the ingredients fry half at a time
flip when brown
use the other half of oil to fry the second half of the batch
