    PC Blue Menu No Salt Added Black Beans -19 oz can

    PC Blue Menu No Salt Added White Kidney Beans -19 oz can

    Unico Diced Tomatoes No Salt -28 fl oz can

    PC Blue Menu Six Bean Medley (No Salt Added)-19fl oz can

    No Name Romano Beans 19 fl oz can/ 2.37 cup

    Green Giant Cut Green Beans 1/3 less salt -14 fl oz can

    Aylmer Accents Original,gr pepper,celery,onion, -540 ml can

    No Name Frozen Spinach -0.25 Cup

    Black Cherry Greek Yogurt, PC 0%mf,fruit on the bottom -0.75 cup (Plain is good - this was all I had and is included in the nutritional info for this recipe!)

    Onions, raw, 1 Cup chopped, chunky

    Salsa seasoning
    1 tsp chili powder

Tips

This recipe works well with almost any combination of beans and salsa-type sauces.
Low Cholesterol, Low Fat, Low Salt, Low Starch


Directions

Add all to large mixing bowl. Mix well.
Divide into 2 large casserole dishes.
One casserole can be frozen for another day.
Cook at 375 F for 40 min.
Add shredded Cheddar to taste. (Cheddar is not included in Nutritional Info)


Serving Size: Makes 18 1-Cup Servings, but you'll want two
